There will be a discussion on the best way to prepare for mediation to tee up effective negotiation. The discussion will include developing a team between the claims professional and counsel; effective opening sessions; and impasse breaking techniques. The course will include case studies to demonstrate the application of the suggested techniques. The course will be interactive with an opportunity for questions and answers.
